In the town where I live is a large public park called West Park - Tickles is a very friendly well fed little female, a regular visitor to the park. She loves having her belly scratched and loves people. Having her neck and chin tickled gets her purring in overdrive mode, hence the name Tickles! Tickles responds to that name, not knowing who her owner is I don't know her real name.
Yes, the Fish Market is definitely that way!
