A family or cat friend gets adopted by a stray cat. And after a few weeks it turns out she's pregnant. In the US alone there must be millions of sweet but homeless cats. And many of them get pregnant several times a year. I have two house dogs I didn't want them to get hurt. But I didn't want to throw this Lil Mama stray out. She's expecting babies, isn't she? Now what do I you do? I could take her to an animal shelter. That's not always a good idea. Don't get me wrong: I value the work of animal shelters. In fact, I got my current Australian Shepherd from one of them, and I'm pretty sure the next will come from a shelter too. But some animal shelters reportedly put a pregnant stray to sleep. l would have blamed myself forever if I would hear the cat I brought in, was killed. Other shelters will spay her. They've got a good reason for that. The kitten population is astronomical and the last an animal shelter wants is put five more homeless cats in this world. Lil Momma had her lil babes. So now I have 6 lil ones to worry about. In the end, perhaps the most satisfying alternative is that I keep the Lil Babes myself and Take good care of them. Have them examined by a vet to see if they are in good health. And get them spayed and neutered when they are ready.  Miss Kitty Now all 6 lil ones are fixed. And the pleasure they have given me is beyond words. They are outside babes but they live in my computer room too. Which my family says is the kitty room! Marrie owns a women's clothing store in Las Vegas, for the past 15 years the store Thriller Clothing has helped with feeding local stray cats. Marrie would like to get other people involved and to understand what it takes to feed and spay/neuter the stray cats.  Big Blue cuz of his eyes being playful.
