Pet Essentials and its sister enterprise Heads to Tails going from strength to strength, thanks to the knowledge and experience of owner Phil Perry and his capable staff.

Phil established the business in 1993, offering virtually every pet related product and service, at 23 Limes Road, Tettenhall Green, Wolverhampton.

Pet Essentials specialises not only in offering a range of small livestock, such as fully vaccinated kittens, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas and birds, but the entire range of associated foods and accessories.

Phil - who has passed both the BTech First Diploma and BTech National Diploma and the qualified staff are available to offer advice on the products, which include special diets for dogs and cats.

Other foods include Royal Canin for dogs and cats, Hills Science Plan, Arden Grange and Quantum Choice. Pet Essentials also specialises in pigeon corns and feeds, such as Super Natural and Bucktons.

Among various other foods are dog treets and chews, rabbit and guinea pig feed, besides essential accessories such as collars, leads, toys, cages, hutches, runs, dog kennels and much more.

Said Phil: "We also have some beautiful cold water and tropical fish, together with food, tanks and other equipment, and coming soon is a range of exotic animals and reptiles."

The comprehensive service offered by Pet Essentials and Heads to Tails encompasses grooming equipment and Seven Seas medicines and shampoos.

Heads to Tails is a professional grooming studio for dogs and cats, including clipping, baths and nail cutting. There is also a holiday boarding facility for small animals and reptiles.

Said Phil: "We are always here to help and show people how to look after their pets. The staff have been fully trained at Rodbaston Agricultural College and, of course, are pet lovers themselves. We also operate a collection and delivery service, and promotional offers are always available."

Pet Essentials and Heads to Tails are open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday. There's plenty of nearby car-parking space.
