Freeze Computer

Frozen Computer

Somehow this computer insisted in having her way,
frozen, fixed, beyond comprehension, I pondered
then disconnected, there must be a knowing formula.

But coming before the age of schematic logically
I couldn't find answers, noting the screen insistency
I pulled and pressed on electric connections, on to futility...

Alas the contraption got the best of my inability to see,
read! find a magic key, the practical wife affixed asleep...

The cat was in another room, on a windowsill or on a bed...
years at this machine I floundered constantly in separation.

Did I see a light ahead, a word, a syllable, a helpful sign?
I did not resign touched hopefully, at last victory was mine!
