Why are the images slow to load?

You may be accessing the site at the same time as many others. The heavy load of traffic will cause the images to load slower than usual. Please try again later.

A message pops up and says I am missing something.

These postcards may be sent with midi files (music) attached. To hear the midi, you must have a midi player installed.

I have a midi player installed, but still no music. What is wrong?

Some midi players do not automatically play the midi's after the page is finished loading. You may need to double click on the area that says "song name.mid". This will start the music playing.

I am getting an error, "Cannot retrieve http://exoridor.com/pro/boccard.cgi".

How do I get a claim ticket?

After someone sends you a postcard, you will receive a notification e-mail stating you have a card waiting. The claim number of your postcard will be in the e-mail message. Simply copy and paste the number from your e-mail to the claim ticket box.
