Oakey

"Oakey went missing on the 28th of March, 2006, from Neston, Wirral. He is an all black male neutered DSH, he was last seen wearing a yellow collar. He is a friendly cat but can be wary of strangers. If you have any information about a black cat anywhere in the UK please call us, he could easily have travelled somewhere. He is much loved and missed. There is a reward for his return. Contact details: e-mail or telephone number 07740-421608. Thank you for your help... Zoe Turner

Update: 5th June, 2006 - "Ernie came home yesterday, 5 days later! I had just about given up hope as he isn't a cat prone to wander. We heard a feeble scratch at the back door and there he was! He is very skinny and his eyes had a haunted look about them, he must have been locked in somewhere. He has eaten, slept and purred a lot and he is looking a lot better today." - Sarah

Ernie

Our cat Ernie has gone missing, he was last seen in our garden in Bristol, UK, on Tuesday the 30th of May. Ernie is a short haired ginger and white neutered male. He isn't microchipped and won't wear a collar. If he does come back I'll be rewarding him with his very own microchip! Please if anyone in the area could check their sheds/garages/greenhouses etc,. as I fear he may be trapped somewhere. We miss him so much, he is such a baby and I find it hard to sleep without him squashing me, the only one who isn't missing him is his sister who is strutting around like she is the queen bee! - Sarah

Update: 25th January, 2006 - "Vernon was recovered from a house some 2 miles away after the ocupants called us after being tipped off about a missing cat in our area that matched Vern's description. It turns out that they had found Vernon outside of our home and since he had been making an almighty racket (something which he is known to do from time to time) they deduced that he must be lost and so took him in their car back to their house! Anyway, Vern is home safe and sound now, very tired and hungry. Thanks you so much for listing him on your website, and thanks to everyone who called with possible sightings and information." - Gavin

Vern

22nd March, 2006 - "Vernon has been missing since Monday 20th March. We live in Newbury, Berkshire (on the Racecourse estate). Vernon is a completely ginger male cat, aged 8 or 9, neutered, with a red collar. He does not have a microchip or collar tag. He may have slipped the collar though as he is not one for fashion. If found we will get him microchipped to help should he go walkabout again. He's never gone missing for more than a few hours before and so we are somewhat concerned for his well being. He may well be just trapped in someone's shed or garage and so we have been dropping leaflets through letter boxes around our area. We have also contacted the local vetinary practices and registered him as missing there. we are desperate for any news on Vernon, good or bad, and so would ask that if anyboday knows anythiong at all to please contact us." - Mr G Bailey
