The cats and kittens featured on the http://www.adoptacat.co.uk/ site would love to find homes with caring new owners in the Crawley, Horley, Redhill, Reigate & Dorking areas. They're all vet-checked, have no fleas or worms, are vaccinated against flu, enteritis & leukemia, and insured for the first six weeks. Cats over six months old are neutered as well.

As you can imagine this all takes a lot of money, on top of any other veterinary treatment that's often necessary, in addition to food & litter, etc. The average amount they spend per cat is £80. They do not charge a fee when you adopt a cat or kitten but they do ask for a reasonable donation please, to help them carry on their work.

At the Crawley Branch of the Cats Protection are a small, dedicated band of volunteers doing what they can to help cats & kittens in their area. They do not have a central cattery, so after a successful home visit you'll be referred to foster mums (& dads!) where you can meet suitable cats.

Brandy & Sherry. It's hard to tell these 14 week old girls apart at first glance, apart from a couple of tiny dabs of white. They've got gorgeous silky fur and they're both very sweet natured.




Selina. Selina was never allowed indoors but has obviously been much more used to people. She has four kittens now old enough to go so she'll be speyed and ready to go to a new home herself in a few days.




Meg, Helen, Charlotte & Monty.These are Selina's four kittens, very outgoing and into everything. They're all black & white but easily identified because of their very different markings (not that you can tell from the photo!).
