Benny Companion to Nigel.  Meet Benny, he's physically quite small compared to our other cats. Our local vet thinks he may be 10-12! Bennyhas been neutered some four years ago, we came by him over 5 years ago as a stray, and a very 'feral' unhumanised cat. As we could see he hdn't been 'done' when we first saw him, we had to trap him and get him neutered, and at that time we moved house, so took him with us, but he hated any human contact, so he escaped into the garden, where we made a kennel for him and fed him outside. Luckily, over the last year, with constant persistance, Benny has become much friendlier, and now actually likes sitting in our company, uses the cat flap like all our other cats (he is kept inside at night like all our cats) and actually will sit next to us on the sofa (but the jump up onto the sofa is a bit of an effort as his legs are a bit short!). |
