Lucky, Ruby, Maisie, Smudge & Tiger Lili Companions to Jayne.  This is a photo of Lucky who died on the 19th June this year, she was 19 years old, had arthritis, was deaf and occasionally suffered with asthma. This photo was taken in May a few weeks before she died.  We contacted a vets who put is back in touch with a cat rescue lady who we previously got a cat from and we arranged to go and see some kittens she had. There was this little black kitten - she was stunning - and still is, and of course she is called Ruby. She had another kitten black and ginger almost a tortieshell and she just gave us that look they give you and she came home with us too. We've called her Maisie. Maisie was born at around the time that Sheba died and she is so like Sheba in her nature her mannerisms and the way she is, she just has to have Shebas spirit in her.  Smudge - who is a tortie - and don't we know it! All the cats get on with her and she thinks about getting on with them!  Tiger Lili who is 14 months old, having a quiet spell! |
