Beauty's little piece of America, the brick is on a walkway of other bricks at The Animal Haven - Many thanks to Betsy who paid for the brick to be placed. - The Animal Haven is a private no-kill shelter for the Greater New Haven area to humanely relinquish orphaned animals for a small donation. People from 20-Connecticut towns and cities entered 179 animals in 2002. 69 pets were dropped-off at the shelter during closed hours or rescued from local municipal shelters and local animal groups.
